1. Eligibility & Purpose

This site is provided solely for members of the Palo Alto High School Class of 1986 and invited guests, and only for coordinating and remembering this reunion. Any other use is prohibited. Accounts are personal; you may not create an account for, or impersonate, anyone else.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information. The organizers may suspend, disable, or delete any account at their sole discretion, at any time, without notice or reason.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• post content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate;
• post advertising, solicitations, spam, chain messages, or commercial content of any kind;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload photos or information about any person without their consent;
• collect, scrape, or redistribute other members' information;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the site;
• infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, or other rights.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of what you post, but you grant the reunion organizers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, and moderate it in connection with the reunion. You represent that you have the right to post it. All content is subject to review and may be edited, hidden, or removed at any time for any reason, including automated moderation. We are not obligated to store or return any content.

5. Privacy

Information you enter (name, photo, attendance, notes, and similar) may be visible to other registered members and, where indicated, to the public. Do not post anything you are not comfortable sharing. The organizers are not liable for how other members use information you choose to share.

6. No Warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be secure, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we are not responsible for lost data or content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the reunion organizers, volunteers, and hosts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages exceeding US $0, arising from your use of the site or any content on it.

8. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Sections 4–7 survive termination.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review them.
